AGB’s für den Erwerb einer 10er-Karte

Der Erwerb einer Teilnehmerkarte erfolgt nach Absolvierung einer Probestunde. Teilnehmern sind die Inhalte des Unterrichts bekannt. Ein Rückgaberecht ohne Angabe von Gründen ist innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist von 14 Tagen möglich, danach erlischt dieser Option. Die Teilnehmerkarte ist nach Absprache übertragbar auf Andere. Sollte eine Teilnehmerkarte als Geschenk erworben werden – ohne Probestunde – gelten die gleichen Rückgabebedingungen.

Eine Karte zu 10 Terminen behält fünf Monate ihre Gültigkeit. Nicht genutzte Unterrichtseinheiten verfallen nach dieser Zeit.

AGB’s for the acquisition of a 10er-card

The purchase of a participant card takes place after completion of a trial lesson. Participants are familiar with the contents of the lessons. A right of return without giving reasons is possible within the statutory period of 14 days, after which this option expires. The participant card is transferable to others by arrangement. If a participant card is purchased as a gift – without a trial lesson – the same return conditions apply.

A card for 10 dates remains valid for five months. Unused lessons expire after this period.
